As the final lecture of the library’s 2021 Robert K. & Linda B. Slaven Lecture Series on 12/30/2021, Carlee Jackson, marine biologist andco-founder and the Director of Communications for Minorities in Shark Sciences (MISS), an organization committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in shark sciences, shared with us her research into the nurse sharks of Belize and how the tourism industry is impacting them.
