Join Kim Kosinski of Belfast for a lively presentation that takes a look at traditions of humor in photography from its early days to the present. You’ll get plenty of good ideas whether you’re a student, teacher, avid amateur, perspiring pro or just plain interested in photography. Laugh and learn with a slide show of amazing images set to music and a helpful Q&A session. Geared to increase your enthusiasm, you’ll be on the way to making delightful new photos after this evening of fun.

Jim’s a photography educator of decades, having taught classes and workshops at colleges, schools, art centers and museums throughout Maine & the Northeast since the 1970s. He invented the Merlin Paintcan Pinhole Camera that’s used in photo & art classrooms throughout the world. His presentation on ‘good humor with a camera’ is available to groups & organizations as a public service.Location: Howard Room
